Glamour Booth: Terms and Conditions of Use

TheGlamourBooth.com (the "Website") is a hosted service operated by Glamour Booth LLC ("Glamour Booth"). Any use of the Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as to Glamour Booth’s Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Your TheGlamourBooth.com Account and Site. If you create an event on the Website, then you are the owner of that account and all Content stored therein. TheGlamourBooth.com and Glamour Booth will not disclose any of your Content unless required to do so by court order or other legal action. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the event. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the event. You must immediately notify Glamour Booth of any unauthorized uses of your event, your account, or any other breaches of security.
2. Responsibility of Participants. If you participate in an event on the Website, you are responsible for the Content of that event and any harm resulting from that Content. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that the Content complies with various legal standards, including not infringing any third-party intellectual property rights and not containing harmful or destructive content.
3. Responsibility of Website Visitors. Each visitor to the Website is responsible for taking precautions to protect themselves and their computer systems from harmful or destructive content. Glamour Booth has not reviewed all material posted to the Website and therefore cannot be responsible for that material’s content, use, or effects.
4. Payment for Services. Billing will be on a monthly basis and charged to the credit card furnished for that purpose. The actual amount billed will be based on the Glamour Booth plan selected by the customer.
5. Termination of Account. You may terminate your Glamour Booth account at any time with notice in writing to Glamour Booth. All terminations are effective at the end of the monthly billing cycle during which termination is given. No refunds will be made for sums previously paid.
6. Trademarks. Glamour Booth, TheGlamourBooth.com, the TheGlamourBooth.com logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with TheGlamourBooth.com, or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Glamour Booth or Glamour Booth’s licensors.
7. Removal of Content. Glamour Booth may remove Content from the Website that it deems a violation of any Glamour Booth policy.
8. Copyright Infringement. If you believe that material located on or linked to by theglamourbooth.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Glamour Booth. Glamour Booth will respond to such notices, including removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.
9. Content Posted on Other Websites. Glamour Booth has not reviewed all material made available through websites and webpages linked to TheGlamourBooth.com and is not responsible for their contents or their use.
10. Limitation of Warranties and Liability. Except as otherwise expressly stated, all content on the Website is provided "as is", and Glamour Booth makes no representations or warranties regarding the content or services of the Website.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions. This includes changes to the Website and Terms and Conditions, the entire agreement, indemnification, applicable law and jurisdiction, and waiver or failure to enforce.
12. Returns and Refunds. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm understanding and agreement to the return policy for all new product sales.
