Glamour Booth: Orders, Fees, Payment, and Return Policy

To the Customer and Glamour Booth accepts purchase orders pursuant to this Agreement (“Order(s)”), each Order will constitute a contract between Customer and Glamour Booth, which shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any applicable Addenda, whether or not these documents are referenced on the Order. Any additional or conflicting terms and conditions appearing on an Order will not be effective unless agreed in writing by an authorized representative of the Customer and Glamour Booth.

All Products Amount invoiced will be paid, in the currency specified on the applicable invoice, or at a PayPal link (if supplied to the Customer by Glamour Booth) and prepaid as a primary condition for Product delivery/supply to the customer.

Deposits are non-refundable deposits.

Once the Goods are shipped, it is deemed accepted and the Buyer has no right to return Goods. For orders canceled prior to shipment, we offer a 50% refund less a $99 administrative fee and 50% credit towards a future purchase made within 180 days of the refund processing.

Inspection Period

Buyer shall inspect the Goods within ten (10) days of receipt ("Inspection Period") of the Goods and either accept or if such Goods are defective or misconfigured (Defective Goods) the Buyer shall notify Glamour Booth within the Inspection Period. Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Goods unless it notifies Glamour Booth in writing of any Defective Goods during the Inspection Period. If Buyer timely notifies Glamour Booth of any Defective Goods, Glamour Booth shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Goods are Defective Goods. If Glamour Booth determines that the Goods are Defective Goods, Glamour Booth will replace the Defective Goods with Conforming Goods or supply parts to properly configure Goods at Glamour Booth’s expense, including shipping to and from within the continental US.

Used Products

All used product sales are final.

Digital & Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales are final.
