Standard Delivery (Within the Continental U.S.)
For standard delivery of items that are in stock, please anticipate a delivery window of 3-10 business days following the dispatch date. Items available in our inventory are typically dispatched within 5 business days.
For items that are currently out of stock or on backorder, the delivery timeframe may differ. We encourage you to get in touch with us prior to placing your order should you have any queries or specific concerns about the delivery timing for products not immediately available.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. It is necessary to provide a residential or business address for shipping.
Shipping Providers
Deliveries via UPS ground occur from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). To estimate your item's arrival, you can track its progress at www.ups.com/track.
FedEx deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with occasional Saturday deliveries, though this is not always the case. Visit www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html to check the estimated delivery time for your package.
Signature on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery of all parcels. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package on the estimated delivery day. If you anticipate being unavailable, contact the shipping company to arrange for them to hold your package.
Undelivered Items
If you miss the delivery attempts by the shipping company, the item will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the cost of reshipping the item to you. These charges must be settled prior to us resending the item.
